Commission a Painting

Guide to Commissioned Paintings

    • Small (8x10" or 9x12") – from $500

    • Medium (11x14" or 12x16") – from $700

    • Large (16x20" and up) – from $975
       Once I receive your request, I’ll review your details and provide a custom quote.

  • I specialize in pets, wildlife, and natural landscapes. I do not paint people or cityscapes. If you’re unsure whether your idea fits, feel free to ask—I’m happy to guide you.

  • Commissions are available in acrylic or oil only. Both offer richness, depth, and a beautiful painterly texture. If you’re not sure which is right for your piece, I’m happy to help you decide.

  • Turnaround time depends on the medium and complexity of your piece:

    • Acrylic paintings typically take 3–6 weeks

    • Oil paintings typically take 6–9 weeks (due to longer drying times). I’ll provide a more accurate estimate after reviewing your request.

  • Yes! I’ll send progress photos as your painting develops. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve before final touches are added.

  • A 50% deposit is required once your commission is accepted. The remaining 50% is due prior to completion.

    Please note: Once you approve the progress photos, the commission is final and non-refundable.

  • Just fill out the request form with a brief description of your vision and upload any reference photos. I’ll follow up with a quote, timeline, and next steps to bring your custom painting to life.
